Return of goods

Based on the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to return the goods

If you wish to return the goods, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to our email. 

Deadlines

• You can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
• You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal.

Condition of returned goods

Returned goods should be undamaged, in their original condition and in as exact a form as possible, including original packaging, instructions and accessories.

Refund

Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or receipt of proof of shipment. We will refund you the money in the same way you paid, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• Made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
• Perishable or having a short shelf life
• Unsealed for hygiene reasons if the goods have been unpacked
• Software users if the software has been unpacked
